They're equipped with a Labeda aluminum frame that holds Labeda mini core wheels with BEVO ABEC 9 bearings. The Cobalt 9.9 has Direct Power System which is a cavity in the front portion of the outsole allowing larger 80mm wheels to be recessed into the skate.
